Margaret Jackowiec

Margaret is the President of SERVPRO of Elgin/NW Kane County. Margaret has 16 years of experience in running and growing the SERVPRO franchise. Margaret is also water and mold certified.

George Jackowiec

George is the General Manager for SERVPRO of Elgin/Northwest Kane County. George has 15 years of experience in the restoration industry. He coordinates large losses and storm events including hurricane and microburst responses throughout the country. He is very experienced in water, fire, mold, content cleaning, and pack out and inventory work. He has the certifications and more importantly the experience to handle any and all jobs.

Patrick Jackowiec

Patrick has been working for SERVPRO of Elgin for the majority of his life. He started out working on weekends and summer breaks throughout high school. Patrick is water, fire and carpet cleaning certified. He also has an advanced certification in Applied Structural Drying. For the past 5 years, Patrick has been instrumental in all of our storm responses around the country. His longest time out of town was for 13 weeks straight. Patrick is dedicated and not afraid of a tough job.

Kurt Hinterkopf

Kurt is our Assistant Production Manager for SERVPRO of Elgin. He has been at our franchise since May 2019, but has worked for the SERVPRO family for 6 years. He is Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician and Water Damage Restoration Technician Certified. Kurt attains a strong leadership position in making sure the whole team is successful. This includes running meetings to discuss the team’s goals and scheduling our technicians with different jobs.

Kurt is also responsible for creating estimates and monitoring all jobs. In addition, Kurt is the one who responds to emergency calls. He takes pride in his role because he has a passion to help people during a stressful time.
