Weather really helped us out on this job. We were able to bring all the kitchen equipment that needed to be cleaned out to their circular driveway and we were able to have an entire second crew cleaning, inspecting and fixing all equipment separate from the kitchen work being done. Also, by not having to transport everything to our warehouse, we easily saved at least another day!
