Wood floor repairs

It is not uncommon in fire damages to also have to address water damages and mold. In this job a section of flooring was damaged due to water/mold damage and had to be removed. 

Properly replacing hard wood flooring includes "lacing" or removing additional wood and installing new pieces so that we can make sure that repairs will blend beautifully into the existing flooring and the removed and repaired area will not be noticeable. When the floors and sanded and refinished, it is a beautiful sight to see
